Me as a Coach
I have pursued my education in health and fitness by acquiring several certifications from my 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training, Holistic Health & Nutrition Coach Certification through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, as well as my Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Nutrition Specialist, and Certified Sports Nutrition through ISSA. I have also invested thousands of dollars and hours into my own personal growth and informal education through workshops, seminars, working with coaches, books, podcasts and more.
